Hope for Online Gamblers
3rd Aug 20073 influential congressmen has this week showed their support for the Internet Gambling Regulation and Enforcement Act (IGREA) 2007 legislation in America.
IGREA 2007 was introduced by a Massachusetts Democrat named Barney Frank in April of this year and if it came into force it would legalise online gambling in the USA. This would mean that any online poker or gambling company under the license of Frank's bill would no longer be affected by the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act (UIGEA), which has been in effect for 10 months.
