Bet365 now guarantees $12.5m in prizes

Gamers over at Bet365 Poker now have a chance of winning their share of $12.5 million (£6.4 million) in guaranteed monthly prizes.
The popular online poker website upgraded its monthly prize pool today in response to continued expansion of its player base, with more gamers than ever before signing up to join its poker rooms.
December's monthly tournament guarantee stood at the already healthy sum of $10 million, but that figure has risen steadily each week as the poker house continues to experiment with innovative new games while also maintaining its core Texas Hold'Em appeal.
Among the new tournaments being trialled at Bet365 is the pot-luck All in Sweepstakes, in which each player starts with a single chip and all-ins are forced every single hands, with the last man standing taking all.
Commenting on the gambling house's continued success, poker manager Martin Willis said: "Bet365 is a trusted brand that has been around for years … We send players to top tournaments around the world, run some great promotions on the site and look after our customers like no other online poker room."
