Montel Williams is hosting a charity fundraising event in aid of Multiple Sclerosis research that will have a poker theme.

Celebrities and poker lovers alike have been invited by the television talk show presenter to take part in the 1920s poker speakeasy themed bash.

Poker players and celebs will be taking part in the Pro-Celebrity Poker Challenge, playing each other to win a range of prizes, with all of the proceeds from the party going to charity.

Among those poker stars expected to attend are Barbara Enright, Chip Jett and Marsha Waggoner, while actress Robin Givens and model Emme Aronson will also be attending.

All the fun will be broadcast over the internet so that poker and celeb fans can follow the action as it happens.

Williams set up The Montel Williams MS Foundation in 1999 after he revealed publicly his own struggle against the debilitating disease.

A Daytime Emmy Award winner, the 52-year-old star is best known for hosting The Montel Williams show, although he has also appeared in other shows including American Candidate.
