Leading online gaming operator PKR has confirmed that it will be sending at least three qualifiers to the Asian Poker Tour (APT) Manila.
The 3D online poker house is offering three $5,000 (£2,500) prize packages to the APT Manila main event, all of which can be won in a special $200+$15 buy-in satellite.
They include the $2,500 buy-in for the event - which is expected to attract some 400 of the region's best poker players - as well as money for travel and expenses.
Neil Wright, PKR poker room manager, explained described the APT as a "new and unique" event that highlights the growing popularity of online poker all over the world.
He commented: "We are looking forward to seeing PKR players get a shot at a fantastic all-round experience and a slice of the guaranteed $1 million."
People who play online poker with the operator can also win seats for the qualifiers by taking part in one of the operator's sit-and-go tournaments, which have buy-ins starting from just $2.06+20cents.
