Paddy Power joins WSOP rush

Paddy Power Poker has become the latest gaming operator to announce a World Series of Poker (WSOP) seat giveaway.
The online poker room revealed that it will be sending a number of budding Texas Hold'Em enthusiast to Harrah's Casino in Las Vegas this summer with generous $14,000 (£7,000) prize packages.
Each includes the $10,000 buy-in for the WSOP Main Event as well as ten night's accommodation, $350 for registration fees and a whopping $3,650 to go towards transport and any additional spending.
Anyone wishing to try their luck at bagging one of the prizes can do so by taking part Paddy Power's sit-and-go qualifiers, running constantly until June 15 with a modest buy-in of just seven dollars.
Higher-stake players, meanwhile, can bypass the qualifiers by laying down $535 and signing up for the operator's weekly Saturday super satellites. All winners will automatically qualify for an exclusive satellite for the Irish Winter Festival.
Paddy Power is also running a WSOP Side Event qualifier tournament, offering packages to Events 27 and 32 - both $1,500 no limit Hold'em tournaments.
