PokerListings and Betfair Poker announce co-sponsored freeroll

A new co-sponsored freeroll for the World Series of Poker Europe (WSPE) has been announced by online poker resource PokerListings.com in conjunction with Betfair Poker.
The freeroll has a main prize package of $24,000 up for grabs and is exclusively available to poker players who either earn 1,000 Betfair Poker points between April 1st and June 30th this year, or for those who have signed up with Betfair Poker via the PokerListings link.
It will be held on July 13th and applicable online poker aficionados who enter will have the chance to win a seat at the WSPE, as well as buy-in, travel and accommodation during their stay.
Jan Lindhout, press secretary for PokerListings.com, said: "As the only place to qualify for the second-ever World Series Europe, players will be flocking to Betfair by the thousands to try to win their seat as the September starting date draws nearer."
Mr Lindhout also noted that in addition, there will be a deep prize pool with an extra $6,000 (£3,000) in cash.
