Schedule change for WSOP

Gambling enthusiasts who are planning to try their luck at this year's World Series of Poker may need to rethink their plans after the schedule has been changed.

This spring's Circuit stop at Caesars Indiana was originally planned for April 2nd to 16th but has now been moved to March 30th to April 13th.

Although the schedule change had been made, the final agenda for all the events has not yet been confirmed.

The World Series of Poker is the largest series of poker tournaments in the world and ends with the $10,000 (5,000) no-limit hold'em Main Event.

Founded in 1968 by at the Holiday Hotel and Casino in Reno, the tournament now welcomes hundreds of players hoping to get a slice of the huge cash prize.

The tournament is so popular that in 2006, it was made into a video game named World Series of Poker: Tournament of Champions.
