Schedule for Grosvenor UK Poker Tour released

The schedule for this year's Grosvenor UK Poker Tour has been announced following the success of the event in 2007.
More than ten cities across the UK will be used as locations for the tour with others still yet to be confirmed.
January will see poker players from across the country head to Brighton for the preliminary rounds and Main Event while the tour will be brought to a close in London for the Grand Final on November 30th.
Last year even some British celebrities were trying their luck at the felt tables with former EastEnder Michael Greco winning some of the prize money.
Also playing in last year's tour were World Series of Poker bracelet winner Praz Bansi and European Poker Tour star Julian Thew.
The tour is held in Grosvenor casinos across the country and is the largest UK-based poker tournament of its kind. This year's event will be sponsored by Blue Square Poker.
