Titan Poker sends contingent to Italy

Online gaming operator Titan Poker, the largest poker room on the iPoker Network, this month despatched a contingent of seven players to the European Poker Tour in San Remo, Italy.
The delegation - comprised of nationals from the UK, Austria, Denmark, France, Italy and the Netherlands - was vying for glory and cash after having won seats for the world-renowned tournament.
Titan had awarded each of the players a $10,000 prize package which included a 5,000 euro (£4,000) buy-in for the Main Event, as well as $2,500 dollars for flights, accommodation and spending money.
UK winner Daniel Walker commented: "The player that busted my pocket Jacks with his Q-6 was Anthony Lellouche, who played extremely well and went on to finish in second place. He definitely put my chips to good use! Thanks again for organising a great week - I had a spectacular time!"
Titan Poker has a reputation for hosting regular qualifying tournaments for the poker world's most prominent events, also including the World Poker Tour and the World Series of Poker.
