Titan sending players to Salzburg Poker Cup

Online poker operator Titan Poker has confirmed it will be sending a number of players to this year's Salzburg Poker Cup.

The Austrian tournament is one of the most popular on the European circuit, attracting some 400 players to its Texas Hold'Em main event and hundreds more to two additional side tournaments.

This year's four-day event will be kicking off on April 23rd at the recently-refurbished Concord Card Casino and Titan is offering two poker enthusiasts the chance to bag a prize package to the event.

Two qualifying tournaments will be held during this months, with first-place finishers at both events snapping up a prize package worth $4,000 (£2,000) and having the prestigious duty of representing Titan in Salzburg.

Satellites for the qualifiers are already under way and with buy-ins starting from just $2+$0.20 everyone who plays online poker at the site is in with a fair chance of earning a seat at the Cup.

This May, Titan Poker will be hosting Ecoop II - the European Championship of Online Poker II - which boasts a prize pool of $3.6 million.
